Dianne Pagano Manges, CFA

Well-known in the Lehigh Valley for her dedication to philanthropy, Dianne has served on the One Step Forward Gala Committee for The Arc of Lehigh and Northampton Counties and is an active member of United Way of Lehigh Valley’s Women’s United and the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber’s Women’s Business Council. She also served on the Lehigh Valley Philanthropy Institute’s 2025 Planning Committee and the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania’s 2025 Take the Lead Planning Committee. In addition, she was a panelist for the Women’s Business Council Lehigh Valley’s 2025 Vision event, “Mapping Your Leadership Journey.”

She has appeared on WDIY’s podcast, A Closer Look, discussing her belief in the Lehigh Valley’s nonprofit sector. She is also a member of Good Shepherd Rehabilitation’s Women’s Giving Circle. Dianne serves on the board of Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania and on the Finance Committee for The Allentown Parknership.”  

Dianne earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Immaculata University, where she graduated summa cum laude and was awarded the top medal in economics. In her 30-plus-year career, which began at Warren W. York & Co. in Allentown, Dianne has held senior positions, including Senior Portfolio Manager and Director of Fixed Income, and has served on intrafirm Investment Committees. She has authored economic and market commentaries for clients and regularly speaks at industry events. 

Recently retired, Dianne Manges served for ten years as Senior OCIO Investment Manager with the Truist Foundations and Endowments Specialty Practice. Her role there  was to advise on the development and implementation of investment strategies to help nonprofit clients meet their short and long-term goals. In this capacity, since 2016, Dianne has played a vital role in managing Grace Montessori School’s assets, particularly concerning scholarship funding. As a steward for the Diocesan portfolio, which includes two major investment holdings for Grace Montessori School, she facilitated the Hurd Endowment Scholarship Fund, which generates annual income for student scholarships. Additionally, Dianne has been a consistent supporter of GMS’s Legacy of Learning fundraisers, securing generous annual sponsorships and donations for scholarship aid and specialty programs.
