Borko Milosev

Principal, Post Road Management

An active investor in Pennsylvania real estate since 2003, Borko Milosev is co-founder and managing member of Post Road Management. The Bethlehem-based real estate investment and management company has acquired during its tenure over 16,000 residential units valued in excess of $1 Billion throughout the United States. Mr. Milosev leads a team of over 140 staff members, and at any given time Post Road employs up to 100 independent contractors working on multiple projects. 

From 2008 to 2012, Milosev served as a director at Iron Hound Management, a boutique real estate advisory firm in New York City, focusing on commercial loan restructuring. Before Iron Hound, he worked in the real estate lending group of Well Fargo Bank for four years. During his time at Wells Fargo, Milosev was part of a team that originated and structured more than $2 billion in financing.  

A high school exchange student from Serbia, Milosev graduated summa cum laude with honors and a 4.0 GPA at Moravian, earning with a B.S. in mathematics, with a dual degree in financial economics.  

Borko Milosev is a husband and a father of two beautiful girls with whom he enjoys spending all of his free time. His passion are travel, mountaineering and jiu-jitsu.
