Dianne Pagano Manges, CFA

Dianne Manges is a Senior OCIO Investment Manager with the Truist Foundations and Endowments Specialty Practice. Her role is to advise on the development and implementation of investment strategies to help nonprofit clients meet their short and long-term goals. In accomplishing that role, she follows a disciplined, team-centered process to assess an organization’s financial situation, determine risk tolerance, and develop and execute an appropriate investment strategy.

Dianne earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Immaculata University, where she graduated summa cum laude and was awarded the top medal in Economics. In her 30-plus-year career, which began at Warren W. York & Co. in Allentown, Dianne has held senior positions, including Senior Portfolio Manager and Director of Fixed Income, and has served on intrafirm Investment Committees. She has authored economic and market commentaries for clients and regularly speaks at industry events.

Since 2016, Dianne has played a vital role in managing the school’s assets, particularly concerning scholarship funding. As a steward for the Diocese’s portfolio, which includes two major investment holdings for Grace Montessori School, she facilitates the Hurd Endowment Scholarship Fund, which generates annual income for student scholarships. Additionally, Dianne has been a consistent supporter of GMS’s Legacy of Learning fundraisers, securing generous annual donations from Truist Foundations and Endowments Specialty Practice.
