Grace Montessori School Welcomes 2 Board Members

Heidi Boudargham and Gloria Power join the nonprofit’s board of directors, strengthening its commitment to providing high-quality education for all children.

Grace Montessori School (GMS), a nonprofit school and childcare center serving children ages 15 months to 12 years, announced the addition of Heidi Boudargham, account director at BSI Corporate Benefits, and Gloria Power, retired business development executive at Air Products, to the organization’s board of directors. The board’s executive committee includes President Karen Tuerk, Treasurer Libby House and Secretary Andrea Langkamer-Smith.

“We are thrilled to welcome Gloria and Heidi, who will bring fresh perspectives and valuable insights to our board of directors,” said GMS Director Radhika Hoshing. “As we continue to grow and enhance our educational offerings, these additions strengthen our commitment to nurturing children and fostering a vibrant school community. We look forward to their contributions and are excited about the positive impact they will have on our mission!”

Heidi Boudargham Left and Gloria Power RightBoudargham has nearly two decades of experience in project management and account development. She is an account director for BSI Corporate Benefits. Before joining BSI Corporate Benefits, she was a senior account manager at Kresler, Wolff & Miller, an account executive at Kistler Tiffany Benefits, and a client manager at The Equinox Agency. She graduated summa cum laude from DeSales University, earning her bachelor’s degree in business administration and health administration.

Power is a retired chemical engineer who worked at Air Products for over 40 years. She managed Air Products’ tonnage business in the Netherlands, and developed large hydrogen and energy products. Power earned her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois and her master’s in finance from The University of Chicago. An active community member, Power volunteers her time to support local efforts. She volunteers for the 132nd Pennsylvania Congressional District in its Allentown office, the Grace Community Foundation Foodbank, the Refugee Community Center at the Church of the Mediator, Community Bike Works and the Allentown Symphony Orchestra. Additionally, she serves as treasurer on the board of Grace Episcopal Church.

Together, Boudargham and Power will help GMS’s board of directors advance its goals and strengthen the organization’s mission to provide high-quality education for all children.
